This case study details the thermal and acoustic insulation installation for a massive manufacturing plant built completely with a steel frame structure, covering a total roof and wall surface area of over 45,000 square meters.
The Challenge

- Condensation on Steel Sheets: Thermal bridging on metal panels during winter causes condensation, leading to interior rain effects, destroying machinery, and accelerating rust.

Our Solution
We supplied high-performance Glass Wool Blankets with Factory-Applied FSK Facing designed specifically for roll-out application over steel purlins.
- Superior Thermal Barrier: The glass wool matrix acts as a powerful buffer against solar radiant heat transfer, keeping the workshop interior significantly cooler.
- Integrated Vapor Barrier (FSK Facing): The reinforced aluminum foil facing provides a seamless, tough moisture-vapor barrier, stopping indoor humid air from touching the cold outer metal sheets.
